By accessing the LimonRose website, you agree to:

• Use the website to navigate through it or place legally valid orders.
• Not place any false or fraudulent orders.
• Provide us with your e-mail address, postal address and/or any other information that may be necessary for the correct formalization of the order in a true and accurate manner. You also consent that we may use this information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• Not use any content present on the site for any purpose unrelated to LimonRose.

 

Prices shown

The prices are to be read in euros and include VAT (value added tax) applicable at the date of invoice, but do not include shipping costs which will be added at the end of the order (depending on the shipping method selected). Any change in the type of VAT applicable will be reflected in the product prices.

LimonRose reserves the right to change prices and specifications at any time and disclaims any errors in prices or specifications for any errors published on the website. In the treatment of your order any price error that may eventually be presented on the website due to technical anomalies will be detected. In this situation, the customer will be contacted. If the price of the product displayed on the website is actually lower, the difference will be returned. If the price is higher, the customer will be contacted and reserves the right to accept or cancel the order.

 

Purchasing Process

Purchases should only be made by adults or minors when accompanied by guardians.

• Choose the product(s) you want.
• Choose the color and size (if available).
• View the total price on the buy button.
• Click on buy to add the item to the shopping cart.
• To finalize the order, go to the shopping cart, check that everything is as desired and click on checkout.
• Login to your account, if you are not a client you can create a new account and enjoy all the advantages of being a client or finish as a guest without having to create an account.
• Confirm the shipping address, if it is not correct you can change it. Pay special attention when filling in the address. A successful delivery depends on a correct address.
• Double check all the shipping information, if it is correct, click continue.
• Choose the payment method from those available.
• If you want a tax number on the invoice, enter it in the VAT number field.
• If you want to add a note to the order you can do so in the field below.
• Check all the information about the order as well as the total amount. Again, pay special attention to the shipping address details. If everything is correct, click on place your order.

 

Out of Stock / Production Unavailability

LimonRose usually ensures the availability of all items, services and products. However, in cases where there is some failure in stock or impossibility of production, the customer will be notified and proposed replacement, cancellation (return of the amount paid) or postponement of the order.

 

Order payment

The payment of the orders must be made in advance by Bank Transfer or Paypal.

 

Shipping costs of orders

The value of shipping costs will always be applied depending on the order.
