You can order from the LimonRose website (below are the steps you need to follow to place an order). If you prefer, you can also order through Facebook or email.
1. REGISTRATION
Creating a registration is not mandatory to place an order. However, if you do, you have access to the customer area where you can follow the order process, see previous orders, receive news, promotions and discount codes.
To register, you need to add an email and password. Then you can add your personal data, such as: First name, Last name, Delivery address and Billing address (if different from delivery).
2. CHOOSING THE PRODUCT(S)
Choose the product(s) you wish to order and select the size and color to your liking. Then click "Add" and your product will appear in the shopping cart.
3. SHOPPING CART
After selecting all the products you wish to order, you can visit your Shopping Cart and view your order total. Confirm that the products match what you want.
4. CHECKOUT
Before you click "Checkout", you must select the Shipping Method you want. By default, Standard shipping is selected. You can check the available shipping methods here.
Once you have selected your shipping method, click "Checkout".
5. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
On the left side:
If you have registered your details on our website, the form with your billing and delivery details will appear already filled in, but please check that they are correct.
If you did not register, you will have to fill in that form with your details for us to ship and invoice your order.
Pay special attention when filling in the address. A successful delivery depends on a correct address.
You can also fill in a field with Notes about the order, such as special delivery information.
On the right side:
You can view the data about the order (product(s), shipping method and the corresponding total).
Below select the Payment Method you want. You can see more information about the available payment methods here.
When everything is filled out correctly, you can click "Confirm Order".
8. ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you complete the order, you will see on the screen information about the order successfully completed and a brief summary of the order. You will receive an email with the order form in the registration email with all the order data, as well as the payment data.
Check again if everything is correct with what you want (products, sizes, quantities, colors, as well as the total amount). If something is not correct, please contact us as soon as possible.
9. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING
Once the payment is confirmed, the order enters the "Processing" stage, where we will proceed to prepare the products and ship them.
As soon as it is shipped via CTT, the order enters the "Completed" stage and you should receive it within 3 working days (Portugal mainland), 4 working days (Portuguese Islands) or 7 working days (Rest of Europe).
